Shayla Panczyszyn

For Shayla, yoga opens a gateway to find balance in all she does. A Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, an intensive animal training background, and experience teaching in a variety of settings are just a few of the things Shayla brings to her classes. It was in 2015 after her first class where a passion for learning all there was to know about yoga quickly surfaced. In May 2017, she received her 200-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) certification with Yoga Alliance at Renew Yoga Studio. Since then, she has taken part in numerous
trainings including Yoga Therapeutics and Aerial Yoga. When she’s not practicing yoga, this Florida native with a borderline dog obsession spends time with her dog outdoors, plays video games, and reads/draws comics.

Her goal: help students find balance physically, mentally, and emotionally
through integral thoughts, words, and actions.
