Kristin Campobasso

I am Kristin, an urban hippie. I am not perfect, which is why I practice yoga. I love yoga, every limb. Yoga with its limbs and branches is a constant practice for me.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 13 years.

Teaching yoga is a dream job. I wouldn’t even call it a job, it’s pure bliss.

I am Certified 200 hour RYT. I trained with Wendy Dahl and Adam Braun at Total Body Yoga through Blue Sun Yoga in 2014. I also have my Aerial Yoga Certification from Wild Roots Yoga. My style is vinyasa flow that is very heart centered with some shenanigans thrown in! I love to make up new Flows all the time. I am inspired by my teachers, dance, Martial Arts, sports, music, and my dog Nellie! (she can down-dog and up-dog with the best of them).

My playlists are the music I love; I love love love Music. Music is a huge part of my flows and days! I have an eclectic taste in music.

My biggest supporters are my husband & son (Adam & Orson). I have been married for 13 years and our son just turned 12 on St. Patrick’s Day! My yoga is AOK yoga (Adam, Orson, Kristin). I have a strong desire for everyone to be AOK in their yoga practice, and have their bodies be Aligned in the postures Open in their hearts and to be Kind to themselves and others. Love or leave the vinyasa. Trying is doing. And Smile, smiling is mouth yoga 🙂 ॐ
