Location: Counseling Center of Grayslake
Our newly added in-person classes will be held at the Counseling Center of Grayslake in their new Wellness Studio located at: 1190 E. Washington St. Grayslake, IL 60030. In-person classes are scheduled weekly on Mondays 6:15-7:15pm and Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:00pm. Weekend classes are scheduled on Saturdays from 11:00-12:00pm & Sundays from 8:00-9:00am.
Covid Protocols:
Masks are required when entering the building, in the foyer and all common areas. Masks are optional once you are on your mat. Thank you for your cooperation.
