I enjoy teaching yoga because I love sharing the benefits of yoga and helping my students get the most out of their practice. I am passionate about yoga because it has helped me so much in my life. It had helped me to release stress and anxiety, and helped me with depression. Yoga has also given me a way to feel more comfortable in my own skin, and has allowed me to be more connected to myself and others. My hope in teaching is to help my students to grow within their mind, heart and body in any way that they need. My passion is teaching the style of Anusara Yoga with a focus on alignment and practicing from the heart. This allows students to have a safe and fulfilling practice that builds strength both in the body and in the mind.
