Suzy has been a student of yoga since 2000. She started practicing yoga to avoid injury and enhance her performance in her running, biking and swimming challenges. Once she found The Yoga Effect in 2012, she felt a deeper connection to her practice and pursued her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training. She is very versatile in her teaching and has taught Level 1, Warm & Gentle, Basics, Take It Easy (chair) and Restorative yoga. “One of my goals is to deepen my education and practice with care to the lower back!” says Suzy. Suzy has an athletic style of teaching yoga. She loves to share her practice with others.
When not furthering her yoga practice, Suzy enjoys traveling with her family, skiing, playing with her dog and being in the outdoors.
