“I found Kundalini Yoga shortly after graduating college when I was looking for something to fill the anxieties and stresses I had become accustomed to in the educational atmosphere. I was hooked immediately after my first class and started practicing daily because I found this type of yoga to be so relaxing and stress-relieving. As time passed, I felt my body and mind had really changed and healed because of the wonderful medical technology of Kundalini Yoga. The more curious I became about the practice the more I fell in love with the thousands of years old medical science that is Kundalini Yoga. Once I felt it’s healing power I wanted to introduce as many people to this therapeutic practice as possible. I studied privately for several years before completing the in depth, 10 month, level one training course through the 3HO certified yoga studio; Spirit Rising, in 2016. I am 200hr certified by The Kundalini Research Institute and I am also certified as a Second Degree Reiki Practitioner through Relax4Life.”
